Working paper and board for packaging is a craft in its own right.
Whatever the theme, we can support you in the search for form and in drawing up the technical plans for original, playful packaging. After cutting and folding tests, we can finish the prototype in fine papers, printed in colour.
Laser cutting produces extremely fine shapes in silver or gold plastics. It can create the illusion needed to prototype parts that will be made in metal in production.
Embossing tools are often needed for packaging and labels. We make them in-house, then the paper is embossed under the press.
Decoration is printed, or applied as transfers for metallic text.
UV printing lets us apply our colours permanently to any surface, paper as well as metal, plastic and fabric, giving the prototype a longer life and better resistance to handling.
As this is the same technique as in industry, we can produce colour settings that the printer can reuse, saving precious time on the production proof.
Adding mother-of-pearl or glitter before a spot varnish is entirely possible and enhances the decoration.
Because UV printing gives results similar to industrial production, we make advance models identical to the future packaging: these prototypes are the ones used for photo shoots and advertising films.
